Hi, I have used MS Personal for years and wanted to set up the MS business standard. Upgrade was available for MS P to MS Family but not business. So, I canceled my subscription and paid for a new MS Business Standard with 2 licenses. Problem: I created the account with the same email as the old MS P and now I can only access the old cancel one... When I try using the domain email MS asks me to make its reporting in red "Not in your system".
