my workflow looks like: Mail in Inbox => convert to task => attach mail as file to task => archive mail => handle task in ToDo. I am using a macro to execute this workflow. Btw. the mail is saved as an msg file and separately attached. When flagging a mail, ToDo has the option to open the mail directly from ToDo (always in the browser, but better than nothing). However, I prefer not to flag my mails, but to convert them into tasks. To have the possibility to follow up and take quick action, I'd like to open the mail directly from ToDo. Therefore, the mail is attached to the task. Perfectly fine in the task in the Outlook Desktop version. However, when synced to ToDo, the attachment is turning into a link, which is not working.
