APPLY BY APRIL 16 th 2025 Student Research Awards available for Ecological Restoration in the Great Basin The Society for Ecological Restoration Great Basin Chapter is offering research funding for undergraduate or graduate students. Multiple awards of up to $1,500 will be awarded in May 2025. All proposed projects with any relevance to ecological restoration of habitats or species that occur in the Great Basin will be considered. These awards are being given to support field and/or laboratory research completed between June 2025 – May 2026. Students who receive awards will be asked to deliver an oral presentation (in person or remote) to the SER-Great Basin Chapter at a chapter meeting or conference in 2026, with partial conference travel support available from SER-GB’s Doescher Memorial Fund if needed.
