Charity | Family Fun Pier 2 Pier Suffolk 12th September 2026 The Event: The Pier to Pier Trek We have delivered the route planning and on the day route operations for the Pier to Pier treks for the last four years. The series includes two challenges, a 32-mile trek in Norfolk and a 16-mile trek in Suffolk, each designed to offer a memorable and well-supported experience for participants. Our delivery covers all aspects of route management, including full Health & Safety planning, clearly defined cut-off and drop-out procedures, medical cover and evacuation planning, as well as the coordination of route markers, marshals and rest stop locations. All participants finish their journeys at the pier, where they are welcomed with fish and chips, providing a memorable and celebratory end to the trek. In 2025, the series expanded with the introduction of the Mini Pier to Pier, allowing families to take part in a shorter route around Southwold and finishing alongside the 16-mile trekkers. This created a more inclusive event and widened the appeal to new audiences.
