We're happy to help you make the most of your visit ! The cover charge is non-refundable if you do not make a dine-in purchase. However, since it can be fully redeemed against your food bill, you effectively get value for the cover charge by dining with us. Partial Utilization If you partly utilize the cover charge against your food bill, balance unutilized amount will not be refunded . For example, if the cover charge is ₹1000 & your food bill is ₹800, the ₹200 balance will not be refunded. Validity & Carry Forward The cover charge redemption is valid only on the day of payment and only against the dine-in bill. It cannot be carried forward or used against future visits. In case you misplace your receipt, kindly note that duplicate receipts cannot be issued . It is the guest's responsibility to keep it safely.
