Uruha Rushia (潤羽るしあ) is a Japanese Virtual YouTuber associated with hololive, as part of the Hololive 3rd Generation. Wait till the ink is nice and dry and erase all the construction lines. To add colors, make sure to sketch the color outlines with the right color or pencil first.
