The access and use of the Repository and resources (defined hereinafter) contained therein shall be governed by this Repository Policy. Use of Repository resources

The Repository contains translated academic resources in Hindi and Kannada language (the "Resources"). The Resources shall be available free of charge to the general public. Anyone may download, copy, reproduce, republish, modify, post, broadcast, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use the Repository Resources in any way, provided that: The Resource/s is/are properly attributed to the original source and the Repository; the Resource/s is/are used for non-commercial, research, personal, educational, or not-for-profit purposes only; and The Resource/s is/are further licensed under the same licensing conditions, wherever applicable. The Repository Resources shall not be used in any medium for commercial purposes or for purposes other than the permitted purposes without the prior permission of the University. The request for permissions may be addressed to repository.ti@apu.edu.in. All works published in Anuvada Sampada are the intellectual property of the respective original authors, publishers, or copyright holders. The repository is a platform that provides access to these resources, and books for non-commercial purposes only. No ownership rights or copyright privileges are transferred to users by accessing or utilising the works. In most cases, the University has obtained permission to translate and digitize the text(s) from the authoritative agencies/publishers/individuals for providing access as an open-source document via the Repository. In some cases, where the agency is not recorded or an authority is not mentioned in the printed book or the right holders did not respond to the University's notices or the explicit consent could not be secured for any other reason, and/or the University considers that the document is rare, out-of-print and is worth preserving, the University has taken the initiative to translate and digitise the said Resource/s. The copyright owner of a particular Resource/s, if she/he so desires may request the University to remove that Resource/s by addressing such requests to repository.ti@apu.edu.in. The University respects the right of the owner of the Resource/s. On the receipt of take-down notice from the owner of the Resource/s, the University will respect take-down notices and remove the open access provided to the relevant Resource/s immediately. The Repository is an online archive of the Resources and shall not be construed as a publishing platform for the Resources.
